Basketball DVD Review:
Extreme Full Court Dribbling Workout
Extreme Full Court Dribbling Workout
By Jason Otter

This Workout will give the Coach the right elements to train the player every team NEEDS - a Playmaker and Crunch Time Ball Handler. This DVD will Set You Apart from Your Competition.
The most intense dribbling workout available. Over 75 trips up and down the court in one workout will take your game to another level.

There are many players who can dribble the ball stationary and do a lot it with - EXCEPT go anywhere with it. Coaches need players who can go somewhere with the ball, not someone who can stand around and look cool dribbling. No matter what level of basketball you play at, every team needs someone who can handle the basketball in the pressure situations, can take the ball down the floor and make a play to win the game in the last seconds.

How do players learn to become playmakers, handle the basketball under full court pressure, and make plays without playing in games? ...

How do players learn to become playmakers, handle the basketball under full court pressure, and make plays without playing in games? Many players do only rely on game time to work on these skills. The problem with only working on your full court dribbling in games is that the mistakes you make in games will cost your team. You must work on your full court dribbling skills in practice to develop the skill and confidence necessary to make you the best in games. Making mistakes in practice won't hurt your team either.

The game is tight, your team is down by 1 and your coach has called a timeout. He looks around the huddle looking for the player whose eyes say, "I want the ball". Will your eyes tell him you want the ball? Will you be able to handle the pressure defense about to come your way? You know you are that player. The ball is inbounded and you slice through the defense, penetrate the lane, and finish at the basket and win the game. Your coach knows who his "Go To" player is.
If you have been doing the Extreme Full Court Dribbling Workout this won't be just a dream, it can be reality.

The Extreme Full Court Dribbling Workout will help you do the following:

 • 1. Dribble the ball with either hand in full court situations.
 • 2. Go 94 feet in 3 dribbles.
 • 3. Handle pressure with ease.
 • 4. Beat quicker and faster players off the dribble. You won't wilt under their pressure - you'll attack it.
 • 5. Cut down turnovers and get more assists.
 • 6. Become a playmaker that every team needs - including college teams. Earn that scholarship!
 • 7. Get in incredible shape in just 3 workouts a week. Start the season in peak condition.

Over 75 trips up and down the court. That's like playing in a game! Any workout worth doing should be game like and go beyond what you'll do in a game. Jason always says, "Make practice hard so the game is easy." This workout will develop your full court dribbling skills like no other workout. You'll get in tremendous shape. Jason Otter developed this workout through years of basketball training and helping point guards earn scholarships.

Incorporated into the workout is free throw shooting. You are going to get tired in this workout and that is the time to work on your free throw shooting. Shooting free throws when you are tired will translate into higher free throw percentages in games - where you will also get tired. When it comes to the 4th quarter and it's time to knock down free throws you'll be ready.

The Zig Zag chapter will teach you to push the ball out in front of your body while sprinting with the basketball. Dribbling full court is different than dribbling when closely guarded. To get down the floor as fast as possible you need to get the ball out in front of your body.

The key to being fast in transition with the basketball is to use as few as dribbles as possible. Can you cover 94 feet in 3 dribbles?

Straight lines Drills: How do you beat a quicker defender? You have to attack the quicker player and make him react to you instead of letting him control you up the floor.
Jason will teach you how to attack the quicker defender and take advantage of them. This series on the DVD will teach you to attack in straight lines which is the quickest way to get down the floor and beat your defender.
You'll work multiple dribble combinations that will make you unstoppable in transition.

Using tennis balls in your workout will take your mind off dribbling the basketball. The tennis ball is your built in defense when working out by yourself.

Once you get the basketball in scoring position you can either make a play for a teammate or score yourself. This chapter will have you working on finishing the play by taking it to the basket or pulling up for the jump shot in transition.
The best guards can go full speed with the dribble and create for a teammate, take it to the rim, or pull up for the jump shot.
This workout will get you in tremendous basketball shape while improving your full-court dribbling skills.
